Squat Series Part 1

The squat is a fundamental movement in daily living. It is also very common lower limb strengthening exercises that people love or love to hate. Although to some it may seem simple, however, it is a rather complex movement involving multiple joints and muscle groups, hence why it is considered a 'compound' exercise.

Some people may struggle with their squat or even avoid it out of fear, as they may feel like they do not do it properly or just doesn't feel right. In the video, we use our custom made squat rack and our 'stomp it' force plates to get instant objective data to provide insight into the symmetry of force and power being produced from each leg.

The data has the ability to provide very valuable insight as to how your squat can be improved with the most efficient intervention. The force plates and custom made rack also give us the ability to track your progress and ensure you are heading in the right direction with your squat!
