Hey parents! Is your child bored and driving you crazy stuck at home?

Keep them moving, fit and healthy with our small group training classes with an exercise program designed just for them.

No sport or activity = your child becoming bored and unfit!

With recent cancellations to your child's sport and activity we have seen an increase of sedentary kids stuck at home, sitting on the couch and watching screens.

It's more important than ever that we keep your kids moving, staying healthy and positive to avoid an influx of overuse and repetitive stress injuries once they go from zero to activity to one hundred percent too suddenly.

That's why we're doing our bit at the Injury Rehab Centre by providing 45 minute Kids Training Sessions supervised by a qualified Physiotherapist or Osteopath so that your child can stay strong, flexible and fit in a fun and clean environment.

These sessions are for a maximum of 4 participants in our 100m² gym facility to make sure that everyone has more than 6x the recommended space to practice social distancing and exercise safely.

How To Sign Up For Kids Training

  1. Book a Free Kids Initial Assessment with one of our team. During this 30 minute appointment we will assess you child using the latest assessment technology (including the revolutionary AxIT System and Movement Assessment Tool, products developed by the Injury Rehab Centre team and used by over 5000+ health and fitness professionals around the world) to understand what exercises they need to be performing to build strength, flexibility and fitness in the Kids Training Classes.
  2. Sign up for our Kids Training program before your Initial Assessment. This program gives you unlimited access to our supervised Kids Training program with morning and afternoon times available Monday-Saturday.
  3. Book your child in to our supervised Kids Training class today to keep them fit and active and avoid risk of injury when they suddenly return to full sporting activity in the near future.
  4. See the results with a FREE re-assessment at the end of each 4 week training program!
