Sports + Lower Leg Injuries

Liam “Frosty” Frost graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Applied science (Human Movement and Health studies) and a Master of Physiotherapy. Liam has a particular interest in sporting injuries and rehabilitation, having completed additional education in this area including the APA sports Level 2 course. Liam has also provided physiotherapy for the state Under 18’s Rugby and Rugby 7’s national competitions.

Liam combines the use of hands on treatment, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation to achieve your desired goals. He also has a keen interest in pain science and educating patients on this topic, which is supported by research as a highly effective treatment intervention.

When patients are ready to move forward with their rehabilitation, Liam has a strong passion for working with clients at our state of the art gym facility. Whether it be returning to sport, improving your running time or just getting back to enjoying your leisurely activities. Sharing the experience with patients as they achieve their goals and track their amazing progress using our unique and world class assessment technology is Liam’s favourite part of working at Injury Rehab Centre.

Liam is an avid sports fan, in particular AFL (unfortunately he follows the Crows), basketball and enjoys all things sport related.
